Excellent Service
I would give Soundwave in Grand Prairie, 6 stars if it was possible. I was visiting family in Grand Prairie from Nova Scotia and the dome came off my oticon hearing aid. It was lodged far inside my ear canal. I thought that I was going to have to go to a doctor. Melanie the audiologist removed the dome from my ear. She also replaced the filters and domes on both hearing aids. I walked in without an appointment and she took me rate in. Excellent service. I highly recommend Soundwave Hearing Care.
