Line is originally from the “Peninsule Acadienne” in northern New Brunswick, but she travelled west and north for adventure and joined the Soundwave team in 2013. She holds diplomas in Administration and Small & Medium Business management. Line feels that her work with Soundwave is the perfect place to use her skills to help make a difference in people’s lives. Being raised by parents with hearing loss, Line enjoys being part of the Soundwave Hearing Care team to help others hear their best. Line manages the Grande Prairie office and it is her pleasure to help in either English or French.

I’ve been in Customer services for over 35 years. It makes me happy to help and guide people when needed, to answer their questions, and If I don’t have the answer, I am more the happy to do the research and get back to them with the information needed or options available.
